Paulo Ruiz is chief executive officer of Eaton, a global intelligent power management company. He became CEO on June 1, 2025.
Paulo was appointed president and COO on September 2, 2024, and joined the company’s board of directors at that same time.
Previously, Paulo served as the president and chief operating officer of Eaton’s Industrial Sector, where he was responsible for the Aerospace, Vehicle, Mobility, Filtration, and Golf Pride businesses, as well as the company’s operations in the Asia-Pacific, Central and South American regions.
