In the last rotation, you will engage in frequent career discussions with leaders to identify the best position for you moving forward. Following those conversations, businesses will extend one or more job offers. You may also choose to apply online for roles through our internal job portal.
Tip: We seek talents willing to relocate within the EMEA region. The more mobile you are, the easier it becomes to secure a final role after the program, as certain countries or locations may have limited open positions.
In the final round of interviews, you’ll engage in discussions with assignment managers and local HR leaders. We recommend preparing your questions in advance for this conversation. This will be the moment where we will delve into specifics: roles, the business environment, challenges and location details.
Each interview will last approximately 45-60 minutes, involving general introductions and in-depth questions. Typically, the first interview focuses on understanding your technical background and knowledge gained from previous experiences, while the second interview explores your competencies and leadership skills.
