  • 2 x 6-month + 1 x 12 month rotations 
  • Gain experience in Operations Finance, Controllership, Business Finance

In the last rotation, you will engage in frequent career discussions with leaders to identify the best position for you moving forward. Following those conversations, businesses will extend one or more job offers. You may also choose to apply online for roles through our internal job portal.

Tip: We seek talents willing to relocate within the EMEA region. The more mobile you are, the easier it becomes to secure a final role after the program, as certain countries or locations may have limited open positions.

The more you invest in your development, the more you can achieve. We've seen a variety of career journeys for participants who have completed the program, with some accepting junior positions and managerial roles. We offer numerous opportunities for you to learn and grow through job rotations, an extensive learning curriculum, and exposure to our senior leaders. Your agility and curiosity are key contributions that make a difference at Eaton.

The interviews will take place online using Microsoft Teams. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection, camera and headset available. We suggest that you use Wi-Fi and a computer for the interviews. We also advise that you have a mobile phone (with data available) in case of any sudden bandwidth challenges with your internet. You will receive invitation(s) from our HR Services team with the login instructions on how to join prior to the interviews.

In the final round of interviews, you’ll engage in discussions with assignment managers and local HR leaders. We recommend preparing your questions in advance for this conversation. This will be the moment where we will delve into specifics: roles, the business environment, challenges and location details.

Each interview will last approximately 45-60 minutes, involving general introductions and in-depth questions. Typically, the first interview focuses on understanding your technical background and knowledge gained from previous experiences, while the second interview explores your competencies and leadership skills.

During each interview we assess your application for the specific role or location to which you applied. If you have an interest in other roles and are flexible about starting locations, please highlight this during the interviews. The interview panel will consider this flexibility when making decisions about final offers for the most suitable candidates. Explore all open roles within the EMEA region on our website.

Our goal is to communicate with all participants within 1-3 weeks after the interviews. In certain cases, there may be a final interview round with a senior leader who wishes to meet and further acquaint themselves with top candidates.
