  • Wellbeing at Eaton

We make being your best self work.

Our culture of wellbeing

We aspire to always ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our employees. We do this by helping all our employees maximise their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing, both at work and at home.

Our view of wellbeing is a holistic approach beyond just being at work.

We encourage our employees to be their most authentic selves, starting with a healthy, well-balanced and financially stable life.

Our three dimensions of wellbeing

Eaton's three dimensions of wellbeing focus on increasing engagement and productivity, and mitigating health risks. We believe that wellbeing is a state of balance that consists of having the appropriate resources, opportunities and challenges needed to achieve optimal health and performance for both the individual and the organisation. Our culture of wellbeing is anchored by a global framework of country-level assessment of resources and commitment to ensure our employees have the knowledge and support needed to live well.
