Eaton's scholarship program equips students with resources and encourages them to harness their true potential. It provides students with practical skills, mentorship and the financial support required to continue and excel in their respective fields of study. Eaton’s Scholarship and Mentorship Program comprises of the following initiatives –
- Pratibha - Eaton has a strong focus on empowering women and promoting women education. Eaton has been running an extremely successful pan-India educational scholarship program called ‘Pratibha’ for multifaceted women engineering talent at both undergraduate as well as post-graduate levels. This scholarship program aims at recognizing exceptional women engineering students in leading engineering institutions in India, assessing them not only on academic excellence but also on the basis of their co-curricular achievements.
- Udayan Shalini Fellowship - Eaton is also supporting girl students from underprivileged background as Shalinis under Udayan Care’s Fellowship program. It is a unique academic excellence and personality development program that focuses on mentorship of deserving and talented girls from weak socio-economic background, aiming to turn them into empowered, socially aware and dignified women or Shalinis.
- VidyaVikas - In association with Friends Union for Energizing Lives (FUEL) – an award-winning NGO that provides career guidance and skilling to students across 14 states of India, Eaton launched this scholarship, coaching and fellowship program for junior college students. Through this initiative, Eaton and FUEL are supporting 150 students from Pune, Nashik and Ahmednagar districts in Maharashtra. Of these 150 students, 79 are girls.
