Zari Venhaus

As director of Corporate Marketing Communications at Eaton, Zari is responsible for driving enterprise brand positioning, content marketing strategy and marketing operations with a focus on building an engaging customer experience. Over the last 15 years, she has built her career with roles in product marketing communications, brand management and acquisition integration and by building content marketing teams. @zvenhaus

 

Max Wandera

Max Wandera, CISSP, GSLC, is director of the Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence at Eaton. Max provides leadership and oversight in the strategic planning, development and assessment of Eaton products for cybersecurity. He is responsible for Eaton's Secure Product Development Lifecycle policy and compliance, including the research, design, development and implementation of security technologies for products, systems and software applications. His role works cross-functionally with corporate officers, business and functional leaders. Max acts as the voice of Eaton on product cybersecurity matters, interfacing with various government entities, customers, industry forums and other industrial control security organisations.

Ramanath I. Ramakrishnan

Ramanath I. Ramakrishnan is executive vice-president and chief technology officer for Eaton. He is responsible for leading Eaton businesses in developing new technologies to increase the company’s ability to create power management products for the digital world. He originally joined Eaton in 2005 as a director of corporate technology and later was named senior vice-president of technology for the Industrial Sector, where he led significant technology and innovation programmes for Eaton’s Aerospace, Hydraulics and Vehicle businesses. In addition, he spent two years in India to launch Eaton’s India Innovation Centre in Pune, the company’s largest integrated multi-business research, development, and engineering organisation. Ramanath is a certified professional engineer with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio University, is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, and holds two patents.

Connie Sasala

As the director of sustainability, Connie Sasala provides leadership and oversight for Eaton’s comprehensive corporate sustainability strategy, which includes financial, environmental, social and governance (“FESG”) issues that are important to all the company’s stakeholders. Connie heads the Sustainability Governance Council, a coordinating body across Eaton’s functions that evaluates trends, identifies emerging stakeholder concerns, develops positions on key performance issues and provides guidance to the Senior Leadership Council. She is responsible for internal employee engagement for Eaton’s Active Stewards of the Environment initiative, as well as external engagement on FESG issues with non-governmental and other organisations.
