Eaton's new state-of-the-art campus in Helsinki, Finland

Our new campus in Helsinki, Finland, has been built to meet growing demand for our EnergyAware uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Demand for UPS systems is particularly high in the data centre sector where the heavy processing requirements of AI applications and digital data management make continuous power supply vital.

Eaton's new campus is designed to house research and development, manufacturing, warehousing, sales, and service operations for our 3-phase UPS products. It meets the growing demand especially from datacentres, commercial and industrial buildings and healthcare sectors.

The Helsinki campus replaces a smaller factory at nearby Espoo, Finland where we had been manufacturing 3-phase UPS and power conversion technology since 1962.

Virtual or on-site Power Tours are available to provide our customers with the opportunity to interact with and see how Eaton 3-phase UPS products are manufactured and tested. Power Tours include live demonstrations, "What-if" scenarios and a chance to connect with the Eaton experts best-placed to help solve your toughest challenges. During product demonstrations you can witness featured Eaton technologies and UPS performance under changing conditions, enabling you to see first-hand that Eaton delivers on quality and innovation.

Ready to prove our promises with Factory Acceptance Testing

All UPS units manufactured in Eaton facilities are subject to standard factory testing for quality assurance before they are shipped. If you would like to have extended testing, you can order a Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) service. We provide a FAT service for customers who want to have additional tests to ensure the product meets the specified requirements, design criteria, and functionality before it is delivered. FAT services can be conducted in-person or remotely. We welcome you to our factory for testing, however if you can’t join, FAT can also be completed and reported independently.
