Remote monitoring services

Connect your UPS without any compromise to security and availability. We offer remote monitoring service with and without warranty, enabling features such as Health Reports and early anomaly detection that help to mitigate downtime risk associated with the critical components (battery, capacitors, FANs,...).

Battery replacement

Batteries are the heart of any UPS. To ensure yours are always operating in the best possible condition, we offer two battery replacement services, both of which include high-speed delivery and replacement, regardless of location, along with an installation guide and safety instructions for handling new batteries.

On-site services

Our intervention service allows you to purchase an on-site intervention by an Eaton technician for a UPS commissioning or maintenance visit. The service includes access to a professional helpline for support and booking a service visit, and is available from Eaton resellers at any time during the lifetime of your UPS.
