Redefining ready to launch

Ensuring reliability and peak performance in the most extreme environments.

Whether it’s propelling your satellite into orbit while keeping crucial sensors connected, blasting through the stratosphere or making sure astronauts have reliable access to oxygen in any atmosphere, we want to help make your mission a success.

When space is the destination, you need technology that can withstand harsh launch conditions and the extreme environments found in outer space. Our proven solutions are built from decades of experience and constant innovation within the aerospace industry.

At Eaton, our trusted space technologies include propulsion tanks, valves, regulators and feed systems to provide customized solutions specific to our customers' needs. And our durable interconnect products perform reliably across a wide range of space applications including launchers, spacecraft and satellites.

Innovations certified for space

By nature, space missions face tremendous challenges. Whether it's orbital operations or interplanetary endeavors, high precision and confidence in spacecraft components make for safe travel in extreme — and, sometimes, never-before-experienced — environments. That's why our team works hard to develop and manufacture products that are certified to the highest standards for use in space.

More room for more payload

Our innovative Valve in Tank Assembly (VITA) is an industry first, small-footprint satellite electric propulsion feed system assembly that integrates valves inside the propellant tank, creating more room for more payload.

Mission-critical components

The space environment requires on-board hardware to perform through magnetic fields, thermal cycles, vacuum, radiations, atomic oxygen, after having withstood the harsh launch conditions. The reliability of the partners within the supply chain as well as the relevancy of their solutions in regard to the mission are more important than ever.

Space grade connectors available when you need them

Our space grade 38999 Class G connectors are now stocked by select value-added distributors in the United States. The QPL product line meets MIL-DTL 38999 Class G specifications and is available in variious insert patterns in shell sizes 9 through 25 in both jam nut and square flange configurations.
