At this year’s ADI’s supplier conference, Eaton were nominated in two different categories including ‘Intrusion Supplier of the Year’ and ‘Operation’s Supplier of the Year’. The awards were presented by both Hemant Trivedi, Managing Director of ADI EMEA, and Julie Hartley, ADI EMEA category manager. We are delighted to announce that in recognition of the hard work and effort put in by our Sales and Operations teams, the ‘EMEA Operations Supplier of the Year’ award was won by Eaton for our work done in 2022, to support ADI in the UK and across Europe. 

Some of the reasoning as to how Eaton were able to achieve this award, outlined by ADI's Senior Category Manager Joseph Edward, was it's efficent stock management processes supporting ADI with DDP delivery, consignment stock and providing advanced notifications of price changes and product obsolescence. From an operations perspective, Eaton have been best in class by providing UPC/EAN barcoding of materials, adhering to carton specifications and pallet standards, correct booking-in procedure, on time deliverables and electronic data interchange. Eaton's ease of business and operational excellence, as well as product and commercial appeal, has allowed ADI to grow their business and give best in class service to mutal customers.
